Rajska 8

A modern space in Gdańsk’s historic heart

Rajska 8 is a distinctive mixed-use office and residential complex located in the very centre of Gdańsk, close to the Old Town, the Radunia Canal, Madison Shopping Centre and the Mercure Hotel. Designed by JEMS Architekci, the project is an example of successful regeneration of a previously neglected part of the city centre, creating a new, open and welcoming urban space.

The complex is arranged around a U-shaped layout and combines residential, retail and office functions. Its distinctive architecture uses red brick and vertical façade divisions inspired by Gdańsk’s historic buildings. The development also includes a 10-storey office building on Heweliusza Street and a publicly accessible urban square. The entire project has been designed to create a harmonious dialogue between contemporary architecture and the character of the historic city centre.

One of the project’s greatest strengths is its exceptional location in the city centre, with easy access to a wide range of retail, dining and everyday amenities, as well as excellent transport links across the Tricity. Rajska 8 creates a multifunctional environment where office and residential uses are complemented by retail units and an urban square, bringing life back to a part of Gdańsk that had remained underused for decades.
